Hello viewers, I just wanted to let you know that MTN is giving away free 4gb
data awoof bonus on some of their data subscription plans. Below is how to get
yours.
In a bid to allow their customers to get more value for money, the network
provider secretly added the free data bonus for their subscribers to enjoy.
The free 4gb data is termed YouTube streaming pack which allows you to watch
your favorite videos on youtube freely. This bonus initially is exclusive to
the N1200 monthly data bundle but now, MTN has extended it to some other
subscription plans available on the network for you to subscribe and enjoy.
This free data is now available on data subscriptions of N1200 to 5000 Naira.
Below is the full list of eligible data bundle plans.
- N1200 for 2GB
- N1500 for 3GB
- N2000 for 4.5GB
- N2500 for 6GB
- N3000 for 8GB
- N3500 for 10GB
- N5000 for 15GB
So when you subscribe to any of the above listed MTN subscription plans,
you'll get the free 4gb data as an additional bonus which can be used between
11pm to 6am to stream videos online on the YouTube app.
How to Subscribe and Get Free Data
- Dial *131*1# and reply with "3" to select monthly plans.
- Choose your preferred data plan and subscribe to activate the 4gb bonus.

app when you follow the below procedure:
- Log in on MyMTN app with the phone number you want to activate the data.
- Tap on Bundle then Data Bundle. Click "Monthly" to see the list of all 30 days data bundles. Select your preferred plan and activate.
Important Notes:
- You won't get the free data if you subscribe for a plan other than the ones listed above.
- You can only receive the 4gb bonus once in 30 days even on multiple activation of the monthly subscription plans.
- The 4GB youtube data bonus is divided into four weeks. That is, 1gb for 1 week (7 days).
- The free bonus can only be used to watch videos on the YouTube app between 11pm each day to 6am the following day throughout the 30 days validity period.
- You can't rollover or share the data to other MTN subscriber.
