• Now click Checkout. On the checkout page, there are three tabs which correspond to three steps you need to complete to finalise your order.
• On the delivery tab, enter your delivery address details and select the delivery method you like then click Proceed to Payment.
• On the payment tab, choose your preferred payment method from the list. With Pay on delivery if available, you are shopping without risk. So, you'll be able to pay for the product only when it's being delivered to you or choose Jumia Pay payment options to enjoy additional 5% discount on your product and free shipping from 9am to 10 am during Jumia Black Friday period. You may also decide to pay with Interswicth Webpay.
• Now if you have a voucher code, enter and use it here. Then, click Next to go to the Summary page.
• Now you need to confirm the information you've entered so far.
• Once you are done, click the Confirm button and your order will be placed immediately if you choose Pay on Delivery as your preferred payment method. If you choose Jumia Pay or other payment option, you'll be redirected to a new page where you'll make your payment. How to track your order on Jumia?

How Jumia deliver the Product you Ordered for?

There are two methods for delivering of your package by Jumia. You can choose between Home Delivery and Pickup Station. And of course, the shipping cost for delivery at the Pickup Station is much more cheaper than Home Delivery. But you just have to ensure your place is not too far from the Pickup Station, else, I advise you choose Home Delivery.

1. Home Delivery: If you choose Door Delivery as your preferred delivery method when placing your order, on the day of the delivery, the DA will contact you to plan the delivery. You'll be sent a text message when the DA is about to leave the office and you'll get a call when the DA is close to your address. Kindly meet the DA to collect your package.
2. Pickup Station: If you choose this as your preferred delivery method, you need to select the Pickup Station available in your area and your package will be delivered there. You'll be notified by SMS/Email when your package is available at the Pickup Station. Kindly go to the Pickup Station to collect your package.

And if you choose Pay on Delivery as the preferred payment method when placing your order on Jumia, you'll have to pay first to collect your package. Remember to carry along your ID Card.

What if the Package Delivery failed?

After three(3) delivery attempts, your order will be cancelled and your money refunded in full into your Jumia Pay account wallet where you can withdraw it to your bank account. The refund can also be sent directly to your bank account if you're used a Zenith Bank, Access GTBank or Wema Bank Debit card to make payment.

How to return the product you ordered on Jumia?
